Petersburg
- Take I-275 north to Roosevelt
Boulevard/SR-686 W. via exit 30 toward Largo/Clearwater.
- Merge left onto Roosevelt Boulevard.
- Follow Roosevelt Boulevard to
the off-ramp on the right-hand side and exit right
onto Ulmerton Road/SR-688.
- Make your first right (at traffic
light) onto Carillon Parkway W.
- Turn left onto Carillon
Parkway. The Carillon Outpatient Center is immediately
on the left. Masley Optimal Health Center is inside on the third floor, Suite 300.
From Clearwater
- Take the Bayside Bridge toward
Largo/St. Pete-Clearwater Airport.
- Turn left onto Roosevelt
Boulevard/SR-686 E.
- Follow Roosevelt Boulevard/SR-686
E. which becomes Ulmerton Road/SR-688 E.
- Continue east
on Ulmerton Road/SR-688
- Turn right onto Carillon Parkway
W.
- Turn left onto Carillon Parkway.
The Carillon Outpatient Center is immediately on the
left. Masley Optimal Health Center is inside on the third floor, Suite 300.
From Largo/Pinellas Park
- Take Roosevelt Boulevard/SR-686
E.
- Follow Roosevelt Boulevard/SR-686
E. which becomes Ulmerton Road/SR-688 E.
- Continue east
on Ulmerton Road/SR-688
- Turn right onto Carillon Parkway
W.
- Turn left onto Carillon Parkway.

From Tampa
- Take I-275 south over the Howard Frankland Bridge.
- Merge
onto Ulmerton Road/SR-688 W. via exit #31 toward Largo.
- Turn
left at the second traffic light after exiting the
interstate (the second Carillon entrance).
- Turn left onto
Carillon Parkway. The Carillon Outpatient Center is
immediately on the left. Masley Optimal Health Center is inside on the third floor, Suite 300.
